Questions & answers

How do I get started with trasse?

Download trasse from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the account details your school or fleet organization gave you. If you don't have an account yet, ask your organization's administrator to add you, or email us and we'll point you in the right direction.

Why can't I see my child's bus on the map?

Live location appears once the driver starts the trip in the app and the vehicle is moving. Make sure you have a data connection and that your child is linked to the correct route. If the map still looks empty during trip hours, contact your school's administrator or email us.

I'm not receiving pickup or arrival alerts.

Open your device Settings → Notifications → trasse and make sure notifications are allowed. Inside the app, check your alert preferences under your profile. If alerts are on and you still miss them, let us know your device model and we'll investigate.

How much does trasse cost?

The app is free to download. Organizations pay per child and per vehicle they track, and can start with a free 3-week pilot. Parents and drivers invited to an organization use the app at no cost.

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and enter your account email — we'll send a reset link. If no email arrives, check your spam folder or email pearnet104@gmail.com and we'll help you back in.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email pearnet104@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify your request and permanently remove your personal data within 30 days, in line with our privacy policy.

Your data stays yours

trasse only collects the information needed to run tracking for your organization — location while trips are active, trip history, and account details. Each organization's data is isolated: parents see only their own child, and clients see only their own cargo.
